The One Word Film--further called OWF--is this project where you and one other person plan out, film and edit a minute long scene. The planning stage included a story board with a minimum of fifteen slides and an editing sheet where we figured out what to do.
Before my partner and I did anything official, we used a regular paper sheet to jot down any ideas that came up. Then we had used the editing sheet to legitimize the story. Unfortunately I have lost the pictures of this specific sheet. Although, I do have the pictures for the storyboarding, which I will show below the video link. To visualize with our storyboard, my partner and I were very clear about what we had wanted to do. Of course, during the filming, there was a lot that had changed. But we did use the storyboard during our filming and adjusted what we used and did not along the way. Finishing up and editing the project was all done in Adobe Express, though transferred to Goggle Videos to properly submit the assignment.
What I liked the most about our project was the idea for our story. Though I feel as if we could have come up with better ideas for our shots instead of repeating the same close ups and medium shots even if we did have different angles.
